Our Mission

To provide financial or material assistance through a grant system wherever resources for music appreciation, instruction and participation have been unavailable, reduced, restricted or eliminated due to a lack of funding. To provide a source for direct program fund-raising through the promotion of our licensed affiliate Quick Rent® music instrument rental program. To procure funds and music materials, instruments, repairs and supplies for grant and direct Music Money™ credit distribution through corporate sponsorships, business partnerships, philanthropic donations and the Quick Rent® program. Beneficiaries include music students, parents, teachers, administrators and fund-raising organizations in private and public schools.

The Music Foundation, Inc. is an all-volunteer, California charitable organization. Under this charter we are required to distribute 75% of our acquired revenue to charity, maintain 15% in a mission fund and 10% in an expense fund. (Rev: 060604)
